Besides the ice storm we had over Thanksgiving, it has been a mild winter so far. This past week has been in the mid-60s or so. I actually kind of hate cold weather, so essentially I'm living out my dream of being a Californian right now. Cropped pants, no jackets; perfect. Buuuuut okay, a White Christmas would be awesome. So I want snow, but just one day of it. That's reasonable, right?
Did you guys know Christmas is right around the corner? (*sarcasm*). I have so much shopping to do. Blerg. I really do love the holidays, but this year I kind of dropped the ball in having everything done in advance. I'm just telling myself it's because I'm enjoying experiencing everything through Piglet's eyes this year. It is so much fun to watch him in awe of the Christmas lights, the tree and scary snowman blowup creature at my neighbors house.
The pattern on your pants is so beautiful. The color is just gorgeous. See now I'm ready for cold weather, but cold in Georgia is highs in the 50s. Today it's supposed to be in the 70s. That's so unlike December here.
ReplyDeleteI am definitely enjoying not having any snow on the ground too! All too often it's below freezing and we already have a foot of snow so this change is nice (even if it is temporary)!
ReplyDeleteI am enjoying no snow so much so this warm break has been the best for me and my closet!

Oh I love those pants! They look super comfy and the print is so fun!
ReplyDeleteThe weather has been pretty mild here as well; I can't say I'm complaining. I have what some people call an "allergy" to winter weather! :-P

I'm sure Christmas is much harder to prepare for with a little one! I hate the cold too. That's why I want to move back to Cali ASAP! I love Colorado every other time of year but the winter is just brutal!
ReplyDeleteOh I would love a white Christmas for a change, haha! I found the first Christmas with a baby I was really behind with everything too. But in the end, the only thing that matters is family and letting your adorable son enjoy his first Christmas, and you don't need to do any preparation for that!
ReplyDeleteI like this outfit with the chambray shirt and printed pants too :)

Loving the bracelet stack and I just happen to have a pair of print pants and a chambray top that I could do this with. Thanks for the inspiration. Over the last year I have been purging my closet with the end goal of doing a lot more with a lot less. So far so good. However, I have been gifted a few new items over Christmas and I'm not going to lie - it's great!!
