Style: Rainboots and Fringe Scarf

sweater: h&m (similar) // jeans: jcp // scarf: walmart (similar) // boots: hunter

I hope everyone had a good Halloween! I used to not really be into Halloween (scary stuff is not my favorite), but once you start torturing your children by forcing them to wear ridiculous costumes, it gets kind of fun. We had some friends over, ate a yummy dinner together and passed out candy. It was a good time. And fortunately, I don't really have a sweet tooth, so the leftover candy isn't even a situation over here.

And all of a sudden it's November. What?! I mean, seriously. Piglet will be one (ONE!) next month. Excuse me while I freak out a minute. We are also figuring out plans with family for the holidays already. How did this happen, you guys!? 2015 just flew by. Whew.

  1. Love this look! Comfy, casual and thoughtfully put together. Your hair looks great like this and it's perfect for when you are wearing a scarf :) I'm not sure how it's already November - this year is flying by.

  5. You're looking lovely! And I have some boot jealousy.

Eeeee first birthday already! Craziness. Piglet was a Halloween cutie for sure - dressing up my kid is about the only thing I get into about it, so I'm going to be a little sad next year when he probably has his own costume opinions ;)

  6. Ack! He can't be one already! I remember checking you Insta wondering when he'd be born! That halloween costume is too cute! We didn't do anything this year, since we were out of town. I'll have to think of something cute for next year.

  7. I saw an elephant costume for babies today at Target and wanted to buy it just because it was so stinking cute. Your Piglet is adorable in the lion costume!

Thanks so much for your comment! I reply to my comments via email, but I can't do that if you are a no-reply blogger (if you don't know what that means, you probably are). Check out this tutorial to fix it!
