Hi friends! I know I said I would be taking a little blog break, I just couldn't resist popping in to say hello! I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas with your families. Mine was absolutely perfect - the only thing I am sad about is the fact that it is over! I still have a little while until I go back to work, so I am trying to get in as much celebrating as possible.  Eric and I have had a few lazy days at home recently and they have been wonderful. Big breakfasts, cuddling with Winston, reading and lots of general coziness.

This is what I have been wearing (repeatedly) for the past few days. I wouldn't really call it an outfit outfit, because it's a little crazy and probably not something I would wear normally. But man, is it cozy. Eric bought me that sweater for Christmas and it's like wearing a robe it's so comfortable. You're probably thinking I look like a hot mess, and that's ok. I can put hot mess photos on my blog if I want, right?

  2. oh oh I love that sweater - so comfy and cozy looking. I am also sad that the holidays are over. My birthday is coming up in a few weeks, and I look forward to that. PS. You do NOT look like a hot mess! xo

  3. I love the sweater and the leggings! I've had some time off work too and that's pretty much similar to what I wear most of the morning too (and into the afternoon...)

  5. Oh my gosh this is the same outfit I've been wearing nonstop here around the house lately too! Huge Aztec cardi plus crazy Aztec tights haha. It's so comfortable, we could definitely be twinkies! P.S. Big breakfasts for the win!

  11. I agree with the others. You look cute! I have been living in a monogrammed sweatshirt and leggings the past few days. How is it that if you put a monogram on something (in the South anyway), it becomes cute to wear? I may just have to blog on that one. Thanks for the inspiration!

  13. I think wearing a cute cozy outfit is better than just hiding in plain boring sweats or something! ;) Better to be a hot mess than just a mess! Happy New Year! PS. My husband seems to be enjoying that book!

Thanks so much for your comment! I reply to my comments via email, but I can't do that if you are a no-reply blogger (if you don't know what that means, you probably are). Check out this tutorial to fix it!
