My husband and I went on the cruise with my parents, siblings and grandparents. There were nine of us total. Cruises are so perfect for big groups. We really had a wonderful time.
My husband loves animals, so getting to hang out with a sea lion was one of his favorite moments.
Shuffleboard on the deck.
The ladies in Merida, Mexico.
My sister and I in Cozumel.
My 84 year-old grandpa was such a trooper. He even got a special sand wheelchair so he didn't miss anything.
Obligatory Hunny beach shot.
The food... oh man, the food. It was so good. And so fancy.
If you've ever been on a cruise, you are familiar with towel animals.
It was so hard to come back to cold, icy weather.
We really had a fantastic time. It didn't feel like Christmas while we were on board (since it was 90 degrees outside and we were snorkeling) so when we got back on Saturday I started to feel a little sad that the holiday season is almost over. Why does it go by so fast?
I want to enjoy the holidays as much as possible, so I'm going to take a little blog break from now until January 2nd. I might end up popping in before that, but no promises.
Thank you to all of you who have supported me this year. A few friends, a lot of strangers (who feel like friends!) and my family. I really love this little hobby of mine and it just makes me feel so honored that anyone would want to read my words. THANK YOU!
