Thanks so much for your comment! I reply to my comments via email, but I can't do that if you are a no-reply blogger (if you don't know what that means, you probably are). Check out this tutorial to fix it!
That necklace pulls the whole outfit together! amazing!!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Carolynn! That necklace is definitely one of my favorite DIYs!
DeleteFun colors! I popped over from The Pleated Poppy. I'm following. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks, Taraleigh! I'm so glad you're here!
DeleteSuper fun colors! It's tough to wear skirts when the weather gets cold, but you you did it perfectly! LOVE the pop of teal the necklace brings.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much Katy! I really prefer skirts to pants for work, so I've invested in A LOT of tights!
DeleteHaha! That exercise quote pretty much hit the nail on the head for me too!
ReplyDeleteLove the magenta! Super pretty!
Thank you for visiting my blog. ;-)

Haha - isn't it just perfect? I feel that way every morning!
DeleteThanks for being here, Jamie!
Gotta love Target! This is a great outfit that works for the office or weekend errands. Good job!

Gah, isn't Target the best? I spend WAY too much time there :)
DeleteLove the colors together! It's one of my favorite combos and I'm loving that DIY necklace! ;)
ReplyDeleteOk, AND those boots... So dreamy!
Thanks Adrienne! You know how to make a girl feel good :)
DeleteI am the same way about exercising - it's been a struggle. Love that quote, haha. Love the color combo in your outfit, too. :)
ReplyDeleteGah, it can be so frustrating! If you ever figure out how to exercise consistently, let me know :)
DeleteLove the DIY necklace - can you please let us know what acrylic brand this is & what the color name is. There again every computer screen probably make the color look different.
ReplyDeleteThanks - would like to make some for the spring / summer.
I am so glad you like the necklace - it was so simple to make! The paint color I used was "Bahama Blue" by Americana (purchased at Hobby Lobby). I will update the original tutorial with the paint color as well - just in case you ever need to refer to it. Happy crafting!
DeleteI'm wearing that same skirt today :) I like how you styled it, I have a shirt and necklace like that, but never considered it all together.

I've noticed before that we have the same skirt! It makes me happy because I can always use new ideas for ways to wear it!
DeleteVery cute outfit, I am really liking the bright colors and the details on your boots. Following you now =)

Thanks, Inge! I'm so glad you're here :)
DeleteLove this... And I've got the pieces to copy it. I may need to do that :)
ReplyDeleteDO IT! I fully support any and all outfit copying :)
DeleteI might as well have written this because that's exactly how I feel. I love feeling the burn and sweating, but...I just really love sleeping more. I also love pizza, sitting at my computer and catching up on my dvr more. whoops.
ReplyDeleteHaha, yes! I'm so glad I'm not the only one :)
DeleteI have that skirt too! And, I love it! What color are those tights?
ReplyDeleteI looked at the tights and there is no tag or anything, so I don't know any specifics. They are from Target though, so it might be worth a look in the tights section!
DeleteI love the necklace! This outfit is so well put together! Gorgeous! :)

Xo,
Amor GLAMOROZA
Thanks so much, Amor! I'm so glad you're here!
DeleteCute skirt! Love the color. And take it from me: once you get into the habit of working out, it's not that hard to get up :)
ReplyDeleteHaha, that's what everyone says! I've just got to get past the part where I'm in terrible shape and then hopefully I'll start enjoying it :)
DeleteGreat classic outfit! I struggle with motivation, too, but then I remember all the benefits (mood elevator, health, look, etc) and that motivates me. Also, I only keep hearing how much harder it is to get in a healthy exercise routine when you get older, so let's stay young while we can :P
ReplyDeleteKate @ A Journey in Style
Oh my gosh - that's exactly why I want to get in shape now! I figure someday I'll be a lost cause, so I'm desperate to make it happen now. Gah, I have got to get some motivation!
DeleteLove the color combo, the necklace really "makes" the outfit
ReplyDeleteThanks, Ches! The necklace is one of my favorites!
Deleteyou look so pretty Ashley! love that skirt and necklace :)
ReplyDeleteps girl i feel you, every other day i say i'll go do pilates or go run and it hasn't happened! let's motivate each other :)

Yes! I definitely need some accountability!
DeleteHAA!!! Great quote. Yes, sleeping IS way better!
ReplyDeleteGah, it really is isn't it??
DeleteI own this same skirt and I have worn it almost exactly the same way! Minus the colored tight. I'm trying to be more brave when it comes to those :)
ReplyDeleteI'm really not brave with colored tights either... the only way I felt OK about these is because they blend in with the skirt. I wish I could get away with colored tights more often - I love the way they look!
