Week In Review - Glitter and Presidents

I can't believe it's November. I really can't believe it. Just have to get that out there.

This past week I started a project with glitter - a substance I haven't used in a long time. Let's just say that I remembered why I don't use it - there is glitter in every little crevice of my house.

I voted early this year, which was nice. I refuse to go into politics on my blog, but I think it's quite sad how divided our nation is. I pray that this presidential term can be one where we focus on bi-partisanship and the future of our country, not the polarizing divisions between us.

I boarded a plan to South Dakota this week. As you probably guessed, I had never been there before. I went for a work conference and I had a great time.

Oh yes, that is Mount Rushmore. So fun to see such an amazing national monument!

  1. Cute outfit in front of Mount Rushmore! You don't know me, I found your blog through the pleated poppy and have enjoyed your weekly outfits (and house renovating posts)! I feel kind of weird commenting since we don't know each other, but I thought I'd put myself out there. Happy Weekend!

Thanks so much for your comment! I reply to my comments via email, but I can't do that if you are a no-reply blogger (if you don't know what that means, you probably are). Check out this tutorial to fix it!
