I'm trying to get outside my comfort zone. You know, by mixing patterns. Is anyone else afraid of doing this? I think I've always played it in the safe zone ("light on top, dark on bottom" and "one print, everything else solid," etc.) just because, honestly, I don't have that many clothes so I try to stay pretty neutral (so I can wear things over and over again).
Well, this week I stepped out of that comfort zone and mixed prints (cue the hallelujah chorus). As usual, please excuse the unprofessional photos. It wasn't until afterward that I noticed the cars in the background. Next time I'll just embrace them and sit on the car hood.
